No-shows will be billed for the full amount and will not be refunded.
If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
If the event is postponed, we will transfer your registration to the new dates and then the above cancellation terms will apply.
If you are unable to attend the event on the new dates, we suggest you transfer your registration to one of your colleagues. If this is not possible and you have to cancel your registration, then a 20% administrator’s fee will apply.
