DELEGATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to aviation media (contactus@smartairports.aero).

Cancelling more than 6 months before the event will incur a 20% administrators fee.
Cancelling 2-6 months before the event will incur a 50% charge.
No refunds will be issued within 2 months of the event taking place.
No-shows will be billed for the full amount and will not be refunded.
