GENERAL
- Attendees will need to pre-book and pre-register to attend the event
- Delegate name badges will be sent out in advance to all delegates so that they do not need to check in at the registration desk on arrival
- Entrance to event or conference spaces will be staggered to reduce queuing and overall capacity will be limited to ensure social distancing can be maintained
- A one-way system around the exhibition hall will be in operation
- Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the event
- In all areas at the event, attendees will be advised to keep 1 metre distance from each other
- Face masks will not need to be worn as long as this social distancing is maintained
- The venue will have enhanced cleaning procedures, with hand washing and sanitising facilities at frequent intervals
CONFERENCE ROOM
- Chairs in the conference room will be set 1 metre apart & delegates will be advised to sit in the same chair throughout the event
- Water will be available in individual bottles & no glasses will be used
- Microphones will be disinfected between each speaker
- Roving microphones will not be used for the Q&A sessions
- Speakers will be advised to send their presentations in advance to avoid close contact with the audio visual technicians
- During the breaks all doors will be opened to refresh the room and circulate the air
EXHIBITION & CATERING
- Spaces between exhibition booths will be increased and aisles widened to achieve social distancing requirements Exhibitors will be asked to wear visors – TBC
- During the breaks all doors will be opened to refresh the room and circulate the air
- Attendees will be able to take their refreshment break outside on the patio just outside the exhibition hall
- Starters & desserts will be served as individual portions, while the chefs will serve the buffet lunch
