DELEGATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Aviation Media (contactus@smartairports.aero).
- Cancelling more than six months before the event will incur a 20% administration fee
- Cancelling between six and two months before the event will incur a 50% charge
- No refunds will be issued within two months of the event taking place
- No-shows will be billed for the full amount and will not be refunded
