Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to SMART Airports (contactus@smartairports.aero). Cancelling before the event will incur a 20% administrator’s fee. No-shows will be billed for the full amount and will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, we will transfer your registration to the new dates and then the above cancellation terms will apply.
