Biography

As the VP, Sustainability, Marilyn is responsible for leading some of the firm’s most ambitious sustainability projects, directing the team’s strategy and financial success, and mentoring her colleagues. Passionate about creating the most sustainable and healthiest communities to enhance the built environment, the end goal for all of Marilyn’s work is catalyzing change and creating true impact for
the planet and for people. Marilyn often works directly with owners and end users on a national and international scale, setting sustainability standards, and guiding them in implementing sustainability programs and strategies across global.
Marilyn previously served as the Chair of USGBC’s Location and Planning Technical Advisory Group (TAG) and on the LEED for Cities and Communities International Working Group. She currently volunteers on USGBC’s Environmental Quality (EQ) TAG, ILFI’s Materials Petal TAG, and was recognized as one of the top 50 Women Leaders in Georgia for 2022.
