Biography

Bob is the former Chief Information Security Officer for Los Angeles World Airports and is responsible for cybersecurity at LAX International Airport, Ontario International Airport, and Van Nuys Airport. His core expertise is developing cyber defense strategies for Enterprise networks. He specializes in security operations, cyber risk management, identity management, cloud security, business continuity and computer forensics. He architects a network infrastructure to track APT, spear phishing, malware, application hacking and other types of cyber threats.

Bob briefed Suzanne Spaulding, DHS Under Secretary for NPPD and Thomas Baer, Deputy Director of National Cybersecurity & Communications Integration Center on cyber security. He was an invited panelist consulting eleven ASEAN countries on cyber security in 2013. Bob received the 2015 ISC² Americas Information Security Leadership Award recognizing outstanding achievements of security professionals in North, Central, and South America.
