SMART Airports, Cities & Regions adapting to the ‘new normal’

The impact of COVID-19 has changed our world considerably. Our primary concern will be the health and safety of all delegates, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors at the event. We will be adapting the way we run the event so that important measures such as social distancing can be practised. Although some countries are slowly emerging from lockdown, the situation is changing regularly and we will remain watchful. In conjunction with Vienna International Airport, the Vienna Convention Bureau, the Vienna Airport City Space & Conferences, and suppliers to the event, we are monitoring international best practice and official Austrian guidance. We will provide more detailed guidance for delegates nearer the time.

The safety of our delegates and staff is of prime importance to us. We are working very closely with Vienna International Airport, the conference venue and contractors to ensure that our attendees can enjoy the event in secure, safe and comfortable surroundings. For further information on arrangements being made, please visit smart-airports.com/vienna/what-you-need-to-know – please note that this information will be updated on a regular basis in the lead up to the event.
